Rules:
The Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012, except where any of these are altered by the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions.

Classes:
Open to Cruisers, Racers, IC 24, J-24, Chalanas, Nativos, Rhodes 19, O’Days 19 and Hobie Cats 16. Three boats of the same make will constitute a class. IC AND RACING CLASSES WILL USE CSA RATING, PHRF FOR JIB AND MAIN, RHODES O’DAYS AND OTHER IAW SAILING INSTRUCTIONS.

Entry Fee:
CHALANAS - FREE
OTHER BOATS: SOCIOS - $30.00, NO SOCIOS - $50.00

Starting Time:
1st Day Race, Saturday February 25, 2012 11:00 AM - Warning Flag, followed by Subsequent Races.

2nd Day Race, Sunday February 26, 2012 11:00 AM - Warning Flag, followed by Subsequent Races.

Racing Area:
IAW the Sailing Instructions. General Area: South of Playa de Santa Isabel.

Scoring System:
The low point Scoring System, Rule A2, will apply.

Prizes:
Class trophies will be awarded to the first 3 boats on each class. Location of Award Ceremony is at the Club Náutico de Santa Isabel.

Shore Facilities:
Public Ramp located at the Club Náutico de Santa Isabel
